Marguerite “Molly” Luksik, a native of Johnstown, PA, trained with Allegheny Ballet under Deborah Anthony and the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre Graduate Program. She has danced professionally with Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, Ballet Austin, Chicago Ballet, Peoria Ballet and Madison Ballet. She has performed lead roles in

Balanchine’s Who Cares, W. Earle Smiths’s Dracula and Nutcracker, and Peter Anastos’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. She was on faculty with Madison Ballet for 6 years, and will teach for UW-Madison Dance Depart-ment this fall. Luksik has worked with the Overture Center of the Arts in both their arts integration and Tommy Award programs as well as working one on one with local gymnasts, Irish dancers, and ice skaters.
