Use Agreement
Instructions for Performance Space Use Agreement
1) Contact the Dance Program Technical Director to confirm the availability of the space for your event. You will need to provide a complete schedule for the event including setup, rehearsal and performance times as well as a description of the intended use of the space.
2) Download and review Performance Space Use Agreement.
3) Obtain Appendix B, Estimate of Charges from Dance Program Theatre Director. You will need to provide a detailed description of the event's use of the space and lighting and sound equipment. The estimate will be based in part on the schedule you provided.
4) Send completed Use Agreement to the Dance Program Theatre Director who will forward it with a cover indicating approval of scheduling and estimate to the School of Education Business Office. There must be time for the use agreement to be signed and returned by the Business Office at least one month prior to event.
5) Business Office will forward the signed agreement to the Dance Program at which time, your event is confirmed. The Dance Program will return a copy of the Use Agreement to the user.
