FORUM ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS for all dance students enrolled in major and elective classes

Major classes include: Modern Technique I, III, IV, V; Ballet Technique I, II, III; Dance Performance Workshop; Somatic Theory/Practices; World Dance Cultures; Dance Production/Lab; Writing Dance Performance; Music Fundamentals for Dancers; Movement Composition/ Performance/Visual Art; Dance History I; Dance Composition II; Creative Dance for Children; Sound Design; Friday Ballet.

1. Students enrolled in major classes:
   a) Choose and attend five out of the ten Dance Program Friday Forums listed
   b) Attend two of the three Dance Concerts listed below; write two response papers.
   
   
2. Students enrolled in elective classes:
   a) Attend one of the three Dance Concerts listed below; write one response paper.
   b) Attendance at Dance Program Friday Forums listed on back is not mandatory for students in elective classes but is encouraged for personal growth and increased understanding of dance technique, movement and other dance-related issues.

Unless otherwise noted, Dance Program Friday Forums are at 3:30pm in the Margaret H’Doubler Performance Space, Lathrop Hall. Friday Forums are free and open to the public
